Haystack Blonde  (Blonde Ale—5% ABV) — Light and smooth, this American style Blonde Ale presents a touch of wheat, a delicate presence from Columbus hops, and a slightly dry finish.

Ausable Wulff (Red Ale—4.7% ABV) –Named after the famous fishing fly that originated in the Adirondacks, this light, toasty, malt-driven Irish Red Ale is brewed with American and English malt, dosed with a touch of East Kent Goldings hops, then fermented with a slightly fruity English ale yeast.

Whiteface Stout (Stout—Foreign—7% ABV) — Our world-class, multiple-award-winning stout! Huge amounts of roasted barley and chocolate malts give this robust and hearty brew its opaque color and layered flavors of chocolate, roasted coffee, and espresso.

John Brown IPA (IPA—American—7% ABV) — A classic American IPA with a smooth malt backbone that supports the generous amount of pine and citrusy hops. A go-to for the true hop lover.

Adirondack Abbey Ale (Belgian Dubbel—6.6% ABV) — Award winning traditional Belgian style dubbel showing a flavorful malt base of toasted caramel, dark fruit, and chocolate plus a delicious addition of spicy, farmhouse, clove flavor from mixed strains of Belgian yeast.

Glazed Eyes (Pastry Stout—6.2% ABV)For this frothy pastry stout we used about 16 dozen chocolate glazed and original glazed donuts to help lay a sweet base alongside some choice dark grains. If that wasn’t enough we then added some organic cacao and Madagascar vanilla beans to round out the flavor and get everyone a little glazed and confused.

Face Full of Pumpkin (Pumpkin/Yam—6.2% ABV) — Light, sweet, and quite a treat! This pumpkin ale was brewed with over 45 lbs of roasted pumpkin puree that was topped with brown sugar as well as a balanced dose of different pie like spices and vanilla beans to craft a face full of pumpkin pie in every glass.

Summer of Love (Sour – Fruited Berliner Weisse—5.8% ABV) — features over 210 lbs of fruit puree blending mango, passion fruit, and pink lemonade flavors a top a traditional Berliner Weisse base to create a candy-like, tangy, tart, sour beer.

Whiteface Stout Mocha (Stout—Foreign—7% ABV) — We took our award-winning Whiteface Stout and dosed it with cold brew coffee and cacao for a mocha like twist!
