Whiteface Stout (Stout—Foreign—7% ABV) — Our world-class, multiple-award-winning stout! Huge amounts of roasted barley and chocolate malts give this robust and hearty brew its opaque color and layered flavors of chocolate, roasted coffee, and espresso.

John Brown IPA (IPA—American—7% ABV) — A classic American IPA with a smooth malt backbone that supports the generous amount of pine and citrusy hops. A go-to for the true hop lover.

Ausable Wulff Red (Red Ale—American Amber—5.5% ABV) — Named after the famous fishing fly that originated in the Adirondacks, this toasty, malt-driven red ale is brewed with American and English malt, dosed with just a touch of European hops and fermented with a clean English yeast.

Abbey Ale (Belgian Dubbel—7.7% ABV) — A traditional Belgian-style dubbel with a flavorful malt base and delicious notes of clove and banana.

Haystack Blonde (Blonde Ale—5.2% ABV) — Light and smooth American-style blonde ale with a hearty touch of wheat, delicate citrusy hop notes and a slightly crisp finish.

Ski Club (IPA—Imperial—8.1% ABV) — Full, soft, sweet New England-style double IPA that beholds a slightly bitter, juicy, dank, herbal hoppiness. Projecting flavors of orange, papaya, mango, pineapple and grapefruit from heaping additions of citra, mosaic and mandarina bavaria hops.

Snoskred (IPA—Imperial—8% ABV) — Formerly named Avalanche, this full-bodied, semi-sweet, double IPA gets its pungent, dank, slightly bitter, citrusy, melon flavor from big additions of topaz, equanot and huell melon hops.

Snowy Skyline (Scotch Ale—6.5% ABV) — Brewed with vanilla beans and cascara, this brew has a sweet, malty, toffee, caramel-like base with contributing notes of fig, plum and cherry – plus a faint tobacco-like spice lingering in the background.

Uncle Rob’s Root Beer — Our house-brewed version of a childhood favorite. Made with pure mountain water and “Kane” sugar, our old-tyme root beer is sure to please children and adults alike.

Always save room for dessert—especially because our in-house pastry chef is Rene Elkaslasy of Enuf Chocolates. This world-class artisan is turning out some of the most creative sweets at any Lake Placid restaurant.

Rene, who studied pastry arts at the Art Institute of Vancouver, worked as a pastry cook at Aureole, a Michelin Star-winning restaurant in New York City. She also ran the pastry department at Lake Placid Lodge before launching Enuf Chocolates.

Our dessert menu changes weekly, so please ask your server for Rene’s latest creations. To give you an idea of what you’re in store for, though, some of our past favorites include almond butter mousse cake, raspberry swirl cheesecake, peanut butter crunch ice cream sandwiches, and lemon semifreddo.

Rene hasn’t forgotten your pup, either: She uses our craft brewery’s spent grain to make delicious treats for all the dogs who join us on the patio.
