John Brown IPA (American IPA—6.8% ABV) — John Brown, one of America’s fiercest abolitionists, came to Lake Placid in 1855 to build a community of free men. Our rebellious “East Coast meets West Coast” American IPA shows a smooth yet strong malt backbone that supports mountains of citrusy, piney flavor with juicy, dank undertones from generous additions of Cascade, Citra, Chinook, & Simcoe hops. This explosive tribute to John Brown and his fellow rebels is a go-to IPA for any classic hop lover!

Haystack Blonde (Blonde Ale—4.5% ABV) — Light, refreshing, & smooth; this American style Blonde Ale presents a crushable blend of European & American malts, which blend with a delicate presence from Columbus and Amarillo hops and a slightly dry finish.

Carbon Copy (English Vanilla Porter—4% ABV) — Light brown porter made with premium English malts and a special dark roasted malt. It pours clear brown with a light brown head. This beer has been infused with ethically sourced, environmental friendly Tahitian vanilla. Mild notes of chocolate and coffee blend with a hint of vanilla for a decadent aroma and flavor.

Maximum Tilt (India Brown Ale—5.5% ABV) — Brewed to celebrate the winter solstice, this ale pours a medium brown color with a thick tan head. Roasted malts give it notes of coffee, chocolate, and pumpernickel. These bold flavors are balanced by a liberal dose of mosaic and simcoe hops, which give it a distinct aroma of citrus and tropical fruit.

Stand Completely Still (English Blonde Ale—4% ABV) — Inspired by the great brewers of England, “Stand Completely Still” is an English golden pub ale. It pours pale gold in color with a crisp white head. Its clean tasting with slight notes of bread and biscuits, balanced by mild floral notes from East Kent hops. Drinkable and refreshing, this is the perfect beer for hot summer days.

Ausable Wulff (Irish Red Ale—5% ABV) — Named after the famous fishing fly that originated in the Adirondacks, this light, toasty, malt driven Irish Red Ale is brewed with American & English malt, dosed with a touch of East Kent Goldings hops, & then fermented with a slightly fruity English ale yeast to create an easy-going brew to take out to the river.

Adirondack Abbey (Belgian Dubbel—7.5% ABV) — Our fan favorite, award-winning Adirondack Abbey Ale is a traditional Belgian style Dubbel that boasts a flavorful malt base of toasted caramel, toffee, dark fruit, & faint chocolate, plus a delicious addition of spicy, farmhouse, clove flavors from European & American malts plus mixed strains of Belgian & French yeast.
