John Brown IPA (IPA—American—7% ABV) — A classic American IPA with a smooth malt backbone that supports the generous amount of pine and citrusy hops. A go-to for the true hop lover.
Celebrate Life – (Belgian Tripel—8.2% ABV) — Great Adirondack Brewing’s new Belgian Tripel was dosed with a touch of sweet orange peel and cranberry puree to add an enjoyable complexity.
Glazed Eyes (Pastry Stout—6.2% ABV) — For this frothy pastry stout we used about 16 dozen chocolate glazed and original glazed donuts to help lay a sweet base alongside some choice dark grains. If that wasn’t enough we then added some organic cacao and Madagascar vanilla beans to round out the flavor and get everyone a little glazed and confused.
Shoveling the Lawn (Cran Splash) (Farmhouse Ale – Saison—5.3% ABV) — We took our light, crisp, seasonal Belgian Saison and kissed it with a touch of cranberry puree which adds undertones of tart cranberries to the pairing of an expressive mix of Belgian yeast strains and a mixture of saaz and centennial hops.
Trail Jammer (Punch) (Sour – Fruited Berliner Weisse—4.8% ABV) — Our newest Trail Jammer sour features over 250 lbs of fruit puree blending blueberry, blackberry, and cherry a top a traditional Berliner Weisse base to create a fruity, jammy, tangy, tart, sour beer that’s sure to give your taste buds a punch of flavor!
Hefe Who? (Hefeweizen—4.7% ABV) — Fermented with a traditional Bavarian yeast strain, “Hefe Who?” is light and refreshing German-inspired brew that expresses notes of banana cream and clove with a touch of citrus from the delicate use of cascade and saaz hops. Served with an orange wedge should you want to add some layers of acidity, bitterness, and citrus.
Snøskred – available in can, not draft (IPA – Imperial / Double—8% ABV) — Formerly named Avalanche, this full bodied, semisweet, west coast style double IPA boasts a pungent, resinous, bitter, citrusy, pineapple, melon like flavor from generous additions of topaz, equanot, & huell melon hops.
Ski Club – Fresh Powder – available in can, not draft (IPA – New England—7.2% ABV) — The gang’s back for another collab with Livingood’s Restaurant & Brewery, and they’re shredding fresh powder! Ski Club – Fresh Powder is a full, soft, sweet, double dry hopped New England style IPA that beholds a slightly bitter, juicy, dank hoppiness that projects flavors of orange, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, & melon with piney undertones from heaps of Citra, Mosaic, & Simcoe Cryo hops. **$8 per pint.**
