Whiteface Stout (Stout—Foreign—7% ABV) — Our world-class, multiple-award-winning stout! Huge amounts of roasted barley and chocolate malts give this robust and hearty brew its opaque color and layered flavors of chocolate, roasted coffee, and espresso.

John Brown IPA (IPA—American—7% ABV) — A classic American IPA with a smooth malt backbone that supports the generous amount of pine and citrusy hops. A go-to for the true hop lover.

Adirondack Abbey Ale (Belgian Dubbel—7.7% ABV) — A traditional Belgian-style dubbel with a flavorful malt base and delicious notes of clove and banana.

Social Hibernation (Winter Warmer—7% ABV) — This cozy winter warmer presents a toasty, malty, semi-sweet base, which lends to a special blend of spices made to bring you into the winter spirit and finish warming to the soul.

Too Much Baggage  (Imperial IPA—8% ABV) — A juicy, vibrant, tropical, citrusy, slightly dank New England Style Double IPA. Huge additions of mosaic, ekuanot, and chinook hops create a punch of bright flavor that’s balanced by a soft, smooth, semi-sweet body.

Haystack Blonde  (Blonde Ale—5% ABV) — Light and smooth, this American style Blonde Ale presents a touch of wheat, a delicate presence from Columbus hops, and a slightly dry finish.

Uncle Rob’s Root Beer — Our house-brewed version of a childhood favorite. Made with pure mountain water and “Kane” sugar, our old-tyme root beer is sure to please children and adults alike.

Always save room for dessert—especially because our in-house pastry chef is Rene Elkaslasy of Enuf Chocolates. This world-class artisan is turning out some of the most creative sweets at any Lake Placid restaurant.

Rene, who studied pastry arts at the Art Institute of Vancouver, worked as a pastry cook at Aureole, a Michelin Star-winning restaurant in New York City. She also ran the pastry department at Lake Placid Lodge before launching Enuf Chocolates.

Our dessert menu changes weekly, so please ask your server for Rene’s latest creations. To give you an idea of what you’re in store for, though, some of our past favorites include almond butter mousse cake, raspberry swirl cheesecake, peanut butter crunch ice cream sandwiches, and lemon semifreddo.

Rene hasn’t forgotten your pup, either: She uses our craft brewery’s spent grain to make delicious treats for all the dogs who join us on the patio.
