Haystack Blonde (Blonde Ale—4.5% ABV) — Light, refreshing, & smooth; this American style Blonde Ale presents a crushable blend of European & American malts, which blend with a delicate presence from Columbus and Amarillo hops and a slightly dry finish.

Table For Too Many (Grisette—4% ABV) — A subset of the saison style, Grisettes were originally brewed for miners in the Hainaut region of Belgium to quench their thirst throughout their work day. We took this light, refreshing, easy drinking style & kissed it with a touch of blood orange puree for an extra layer of flavor that intermingles with the banana, clove, & pear like esters that were generated from our choice French & Belgian yeast strains.

John Brown IPA (American IPA—6.8% ABV)John Brown, one of America’s fiercest abolitionists, came to Lake Placid in 1855 to build a community of free men. Our rebellious “East Coast meets West Coast” American IPA shows a smooth yet strong malt backbone that supports mountains of citrusy, piney flavor with juicy, dank undertones from generous additions of Cascade, Citra, Chinook, & Simcoe hops. This explosive tribute to John Brown and his fellow rebels is a go-to IPA for any classic hop lover!

Whiteface Stout (Stout—Foreign—7% ABV) — Our world-class, multiple-award-winning stout. Huge amounts of roasted barley and chocolate malts give this robust and hearty brew its opaque color and layered flavors of chocolate, roasted coffee, and espresso.

Adirondack Abbey (Belgian Dubbel—7.5% ABV) — Our fan favorite, award-winning Adirondack Abbey Ale is a traditional Belgian style Dubbel that boasts a flavorful malt base of toasted caramel, toffee, dark fruit, & faint chocolate, plus a delicious addition of spicy, farmhouse, clove flavors from European & American malts plus mixed strains of Belgian & French yeast.

Wolves Amongst Sheep (Sour IPA—7.8% ABV) — Wolves Amongst Sheep is a bold Sour Double IPA collaboration that howls flavors of passion fruit, pineapple, lemon, grapefruit, & apricot paired with a cheeky tartness & lingering sour punch. Deceiving smooth and hiding the alcohol quite well, this sneaky beast will catch up to you quick. Grab this collaboration with Wolf & Warrior Brewing Company from White Plains, NY today before it’s gone!

Passing The Torch (New England Pale Ale—6.5% ABV) — This light, sweet, smooth, double dry-hopped New England IPA comes forth bearing dank, juicy, fruity aroma & flavor from mountains of Amarillo, Chinook, & Mosaic hops used in a unique harmonious manner. Together we are stronger, together we are unbreakable, together we can do anything.

Celebrate Life (Belgian Tripel—8.5% ABV) — Our new Belgian Tripel was dosed with sweet orange peel while brewing and then fermented on cranberry puree, with the same yeast as our award winning Belgian Dubbel, to create an enjoyable complexity of malty sweetness that blends with classic Belgian yeast character and fruity undertones.
